How do I re-send a Credit Application or Loan Documents?
You can resend the credit application or loan documents to any customer who appears while using the "Waiting on Customer" filter in Orange.
Here's how you resend a Credit Application:
1. On the Sales Dashboard, filter by “Waiting on Customer”.
2. To resend the credit application, click on the "Resend Credit Application" button.
- You can edit the applicant's email address to send it to an alternate email address for the applicant. Do not enter your own email address.
3. Click "Send.”
Here's how you resend a Loan Agreement:
1. To resend loan documents, click on the “Process Loan Documents” button.
2. You can either email the loan documents by clicking “E-mail Loan Documents” or have the customer sign the loan package by clicking “In-person Document Signing”.
- The applicant MUST be present to complete the in-person signing session.
- You can edit the applicant's email address to send it to an alternate email address for the applicant. Do not enter your own email address.
Please make sure you are sending the loan documents to the customer’s email. You cannot have the customer sign through your email. This practice will result in the termination of your account.
