Why is the address on the loan agreement not what I entered?
To reduce the risk of the address not matching what is listed on title, we automatically fill in the customer address using public title records.
Please ask the customer to confirm his/her address when having them sign the loan agreement.
What if the customer disagrees with what is listed in the paperwork?
If your customer has checked their deed and confirmed that the address is populating incorrectly on the agreement, please call our support line to have them update the address accordingly.
