How Do I Reactivate a User?
How do I reactivate a user that's been turned off due to inactivity?
To make sure we only have live users on our platform we deactivate any account that has not logged in in 60 days. If your account get's deactivated due to inactivity please have a manager with "user management" credentials re-activate your account following the below steps.
1. Click "menu" in the upper right of the screen.
2. Click "user management."
3. Click on any de-activated user.
4. You'll get a pop up confirming you reactivate this user. Please make sure this person is actively working with your organization before moving forward with this step.
