How do I cancel or withdraw a customer project?

If a customer no longer wants to move forward with their project, please follow the steps outlined below. 

If a project is withdrawn using the below process, the customer has 7 days to reinstate their project; after 7 days, the customer's credit approval is no longer valid. If the customer would like to continue the project after the initial 7 day window, the customer will be required to re-run the credit application. This is a second hard pull of the customer's credit. 

How to cancel/withdraw a project

  1. Click on the Customer Tile
  2. Click the Edit icon next to Details

  1. Click the Status dropdown and change to "Project Withdrawn"
  2. Click Save

Note: 

  • Withdrawing a deal removes it from your active pipeline.
