How Do I Find Credit Declines?

The Orange dashboard will automatically filter out customers who have gotten a credit decline 7 or more days ago. We have set it up this so you can focus on customers who you are actively working with. 

How do I find a Credit Decline?

1. You can turn on an off filters that will allow you to see customers in different stages (ex. "New, Credit Approved, credit pending review) by clicking the dropdown menu in the upper right corner. 

2. Check the box next to "All Credit Declines" in the dropdown to see all of your customers who previously had run credit and not passed. 

You can also always find your customers by clicking in the upper left search bar and searching by their name or address.
