NOTE: If you are sending loan documents via email for a joint application, the primary applicant will receive the documents first. Once they sign, it will then be sent to the second applicant to sign. Please inform your customers in this circumstance and have your co-borrowers check their inbox before resending loan documents. If you re-send the loan documents prior to both parties signing, it will restart the signing process.
