Why is my customer not showing up?
What to do if your customer account is missing
If you sent a credit application or loan documents typically your customer's account will move to the "Waiting on Customer" tab.
If you clicked the "Waiting on Customer" tab and it comes up as blank ...
a) Click the "ACTION REQUIRED" tab and then click "WAITING ON CUSTOMER" again. Your customers should now populate.
b) Try searching their name or address in the search bar. If it comes up blank the first time, try pressing enter a second time for the customer to populate.
