From the Sales Dashboard you will see a list of all of customers from prospect to Notice to Proceed. This screen shows all Customer names, address, date of sign up, status, and next steps in loan process:

Here you can filter where all customers are at in the approval process: 

You may run reports to Excel:

Or you may click through on any customer and see all information about that customer full screen and where they are in the loan process, run credit, edit customer details, view loan details, create quotes or cancel project:
