How do I manage my sales orgs / child accounts?
Login as your sales org and support the organization directly
If you are managing or helping to support your sales organizations you can login as that sales org using the steps below. This will allow you to do everything that an admininstrator could do for that sales organization including
- Add a customer account and assign it to a sales representative
- Add new users to the portal
- Create and manage change orders
If you need to set up child accounts for your sales orgs please reach out to your Business Development representative to assist.
Login as a Sales Org
1. Login to your Orange account (You must be logged in as an "Executive" or "Operations Manager" user)
2. Click "Menu" at the top-right of the screen
3. Click "Login as User." Using the drop down choose the sales org you'd like to login as and click the "Login" button.
4. When you are logged in as that sales org you will see an orange bar at the top of your screen letting you know. You can log out of that sales org child account by clicking the "Logout" link.
