What To Do If You Have Gotten a Stipulation About Incorrect Name or Address

Helping customers re-sign so that loan agreements match what is listed on title

If a customer ever needs to re-sign because their name and/or address on the agreements did not match what was listed on title you will receive a stipulation. Please follow the instructions below to resolve this stipulation.

  1. We will notify you by email that the customer's name and address has been updated to match what is on title. (See example below)
  2. Open your customer's account in Orange and click "Send Corrected Loan Docs"
  3. Notify your customer that the updated loan documents are ready to sign. Once your customer has signed you'll receive an email notification and the stage will be updated in the portal.
