How can I find all of my customers with stipulations?
Use the stipulation filter in Orange to only see your customers with a stipulation
- To see all of your customers that have a stipulation, click the "stipulations only" toggle button on the top right of your portal.
- Click on the customer tile and you will see a notification at the top telling you the reason for the stipulation.
- Click "UPLOAD DOC" and you will see the specific document required to resolve the stipulation.
