How do I know what stage my customer is in?

If you are in an operations role and need to track the customer journey after the customer signs their loan agreement you can easily see what stage they're in by following the below instructions.

1. Click into the customer's tile. 

2. Review the Project Status field highlight below. You will see what stage of the customer journey your customer is in and if you need to upload documents to submit for the next milestone approval. 

If the "Submit for Milestone" button is grayed out it either means that you need to complete the steps above of submitting equipment/documentation or you have already submitted for milestone approval and are awaiting our response. You can confirm why it is grayed out by verifying what status the project is in.
