Change a customer's name or address
A customer's name/address can be changed before a credit application is completed. Once a customer completes their credit application, their name/address is locked in the system. This is to ensure the customer is protected from any fraudulent activity.
- If you need to adjust their name/address before running credit follow the instructions below.
- If you need to change their name/address after they have completed a credit application please call our Support team at 888-850-3359.
Change a customer's phone number or email
This can be adjusted at any time by following the instructions below.
Changing Customer Information
1. Click on the customer tile.
2. Scroll down and click on the pencil icon located next to the word "Customer Information".
3. Edit the fields you need to update and click "save."
